In today’s post, we’ll deal with how to increase your customers’ loyalty and “engagement” with your brand. Generating customer loyalty will make sure that they’ll come back to your sports venues and therefore, increase your income.
1.- Make them feel like home
The building block for a healthy relationship with your customer is based on cordiality. Treat your customers as if they were your friends; everyone likes to feel as if they were at home, and this asseveration gains more importance if they visit your sports venue frequently. Being too “formal or conventional” in the way you treat a customer that regularly visits your sports venue can translate into creating a not desirable distance between you and your customers. Make them feel comfortable! And you’ll begin to notice how your sports venue will become their second home.
2.- Solve their problems, help them!
Many customers love to receive help, and it doesn’t matter how big or little their problem is. Solving your customers’ problems is a simple way to tell them that they are important and that you value them. Such details can make the difference between your customer’s decision to go to your sports venue or visiting your competitor’s, so make sure that you differentiate from your competitors with good customer support, taking care of them with a smile on your face.

3.- Create a pleasant atmosphere
This is one of the most important things that your customers evaluate when deciding to play or not in your sports venue. For example, if you have an indoor facility that has bad lighting and the AC is broken, there is very little chance that your customers will come back to “enjoy” your venue the next time they want to play soccer or tennis. As a sports facility owner, you should focus on creating a pleasant atmosphere for your customers: play music, provide hydration points, a place to buy snacks or a cold beer, anything that helps to maintain your customers satisfied and hooked with your sport venue will bring added value to your installations and your customers will most certainly come back.
Keep in mind these three suggestions, and lay back while your customers come back every week to your facility. Your customers’ commitment and engagement with your brand are very important to your business’ success, so remember to create more than loyal customers, a family within your sports venue. Your customers are your most important asset, so if they are happy you should be as well!
